Will you be available for my wedding?
We do our best to provide services for all couples looking for a videographer and do have multiple videographers available. However we cannot guarantee availability, due to previous bookings and suggest that you reserve us sooner than later. Once reserved, we do guarantee availability.
How do I book you for my wedding?

How do I provide payment?
down payment is due to reserve us for your wedding with the rest due prior to shooting on your wedding day. You can pay via PayPal, Chase QuickPay, check, cash or money order. Payments can be sent to 365 Wentworth Lane, Bartlett, IL 60103. Credit cards are accepted however there is a 3.5% processing fee.
What do I get when I purchase your services?
Packages do vary but included in all the packages is the videography, video editing and 2 final products; a shorter highlight video and fully edited dvd version. Raw footage can also be provided if you supply us with a flash drive.
What equipment do you use?
I use a high definition AVCHD camcorder with wireless and shotgun microphone along with multiple DSLR cameras. Read More about these cameras. Each videographer uses different equipment.
How many videographers will there be?
One videographer is included in each package, however a 2nd videographer is available for an additional price. Second videographers come in handy to get multiple angles at the same time, especially at the ceremony.
How long does it take to finish our video?
Video montages take up to 8 weeks and full length video takes up to 12 weeks. 20+ hours editing goes into finish your videos and making them the best they can be.
How will I get my video?
Highlight videos are provided through an online link while DVD's and raw footage is mailed to your address.
Is it possible to videotape everyone at the wedding ceremony and reception?
No. It is impossible to be able to guarantee that everyone will be filmed. As a general rule, I focus solely on the bride and groom. If you want to make sure that a specific family member is filmed, you must let me know before the wedding.
Do you provide Standard or Blu-Ray DVD's?
Both Standard and Blu-Ray DVD's are available. 2 standard DVD’s are included in most packages and additional standard or Blu-Ray are available for purchase.
Can we buy the raw footage?
Yes, we do offer the raw footage. Flash drive or memory card need to be provided. Raw footage is also included in some packages.
Will I be able to hear my vows?
Wireless microphones are available to be placed discreetly on the groom so that intimate exchange of words are captured forever.
How long do you stay?
This will depend on your package. We do tend to stay as long as it takes to get the footage of all scenes taking place. This usually tends to be not long after the bouquet/garter toss, however if you have other things going on after that please make me aware.
What happens if my videographer gets sick or becomes unavailable?
Our wedding videographers are highly dependable but in the case of an emergency another videographer will fill in so that nothing is missed on your wedding day.
How far in advance do I need to book my videographer?
This all depends on availability. I have been able to satisfy requests for videographers for weddings in as little as a week but also get booked for weddings over a year away. So all inquiries are welcomed, no matter when your wedding day is.
Do you offer discounts?
It is our goal to give all newlyweds the opportunity to capture their wedding on video. Discounts are applied to all packages and we have a variety of videographers that work at different price points in order to find the best fit for your wedding day.
